Citizens Petition The General Assembly to unseat Judge Gaylord Finch of Fairfax Circuit Court, and to appoint an independent impartial Judge in his place:

Obstruction of Justice, Aiding and Abetting, Abuse of Power, Abuse of Discretion, Violation of his Oath to Uphold the Law and Serve the Public, Violation of Virginia Constution, Violation of an American Citizen’s Constitutional Right to Due Process and Free Speech.

Description of Violations:

Judge Gaylord Finch willfully violated the Judicial Canons that he has sworn to uphold.

Judge Gaylord Finch willfully violated Virginia Constutional statutes in his judicial activism on the bench.

· Judge Gaylord Finch condoned litigants in his courtroom lying at their depositions, without punishment.

· Judge Gaylord Finch condoned the apparent commission of a fraud in his courtroom, even though the judge had substantial evidence to the contrary.

· Judge Gaylord Finch deliberately designed decisions which aided and abetted the commission of an alleged fraud.

· Judge Gaylord Finch denied Litigants in his courtroom the right to call key witnesses, in an attempt to suppress evidence.

· Judge Gaylord Finch denied many of the pro se litigants’ claims for damages, pre-trial, in an effort to protect the his Bar buddies.

· Judge Gaylord Finch threatened a Pro se litigant with payback for resisting the judge’s attempt to coerce an unfavorable settlement, then acted upon that threat by giving away his child for adoption.

· In an American Courtroom - Judge Gaylord Finch threatened a pro se litigant that reported these allegations to the press, the public, and the authorities, could get that victim sanctioned, thereby violating an American citizen’s constitutional right to free speech and due process.

We the Citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia hereby put the Virginia General Assembly Senators and Delegates on notice regarding Judge Gaylord Finch and for all of the above-mentioned reasons; Judge Gaylord Finch should NOT be re-appointed to the Fairfax Circuit Court.
